This (Modern Fliegeruhr – Aviator) is one well made timepiece. It feels very substantial, but not to heavy. It is thin for an automatic and sits well on the wrist. I particularly like the skeletonized hands. The strap, although large is comfortable. The best thing about this watch is that the design is timeless. It will never look dated.

Bought my Praesto Aviator (black pvd)yesterday and am very, very pleased. The watch looks great and is a good addition to my watch collection. Looking forward to new designs by Praesto. Regards, Marnix

She's a beauty, and I can't wait for the tourby! A nice, modern take on the aviator, with updated design, modern materials and an excellent movement. I particularly like the combination of blue dial and sunburst finish, which are nicely accented by bits of orange on the model name and second hand. One heck of a deal on a beautiful watch.

I own an Aviator blue dial for two weeks and i am realy satisfied with the watch! The dial is very vivid and crisp. The overall build quality seems pretty good. Contact with the Praesto company was pleasant. Buy one before those aviators are gone!

I would like to take the opportunity to praise the Praesto Modern Fliegeruhr automatic watch which I recently received from the Giovino Watch Company. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of refinement in this limited edition timepiece as it exudes sheer quality and attention to detail for a watch brand that I have not tried before. The Miyota Cal 8245 movement winds very easy and the hand winding action is as smooth as silk. I don't think I could find the same level of features and finish in a Seiko watch for the same price range. The lume on the Modern Fliegeruhr is applied uniformly and Praesto did not skimp on the amount of Superluminova material, unlike Seiko's contemporary non-diver's watches. The bead blasted stainless steel finish is professionally done and for the asking price is at par with Swiss military styled watches costing USD1,000 or more. I love the thick calf leather strap that comes with the watch and the detailed caseback engraving. The watch has a very solid feel to it and I like its large size. That said, I find it hard to find a watch of this price range with the same level of refinement from SINN, Fortis or Victorinox Swiss Army. Needless to say, the Praesto Modern Flieguhr exceeded my initial expectations. Keep up the good work!
